the next governance transition

AvS Advisors joins the M&A Community for a live webinar with host Ashley Melidosian. Against KPMG’s finding that many family enterprises aim to shift from family-run to family-owned, board-governed structures by 2035, Andreas von Specht and Frederik Otto unpack four trends reshaping family business governance right now – and what good governance looks like in practice.

We will cover the shift from family-run to family-owned enterprises, why most succession plans stall despite leaders calling them critical, where AI adoption is outrunning board oversight, and a practical roadmap from informal to fiduciary governance.
