Cornelia Sengpiel works as a Consultant in the Frankfurt office and serves clients in the consumer goods, digital and professional services industries with C-level executive search, evaluating top management and in the area of ownership advisory. In addition, she accompanies executives and management teams in transformation processes characterized by digitalization, sustainability and growth, and advises on all aspects of organizational and team development.

Before joining AvS Advisors, Cornelia Sengpiel acquired extensive practical and leadership experience in various functions and industries. At the beginning of her career, she worked in the consumer goods sector at Procter & Gamble and Wella in various brand management roles. Later, she joined McKinsey & Co. as a strategy consultant advising on national and international mandates in the banking and financial services sector with a focus on marketing topics. Most recently, she worked as a founder and partner in two boutique professional services firms. Here, she accompanied start-ups, medium-sized companies and corporations in the retail, technology and other sectors advising on strategic projects in transformation, organization and sustainability.

Cornelia Sengpiel completed her studies in European Business Administration with a German-Spanish double diploma from ESB Reutlingen and ICADE Madrid. Her academic background as a business economist is complemented by numerous additional qualifications and certifications: she is a Business Sustainability Manager (University of Cambridge), Systemic Coach (EBS Oestrich-Winkel), Change Master (APMG International), Master of Cognitive Neurosciences (aon) and Scrum Master. In her private life, she enjoys flying as a hobby pilot and likes to spend her free time by the sea and hiking and skiing in the mountains.
