Pascal Steigleder works in the Frankfurt office of AvS Advisors, where he supports clients in executive search assignments as well as in the area of ownership advisory. In his role as Chief of Staff and Junior Consultant, he works closely with the firm’s founder, Andreas von Specht, both on client projects and on the internal development of the firm.

Before joining AvS Advisors, Pascal gained initial experience in management and strategy consulting, including positions at Arthur D. Little and Porsche Consulting, as well as in a family-owned industrial company. He contributed to projects in the energy, transport, and industrial goods sectors. He completed his Master’s degree in International Management with a focus on corporate strategy at the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and the Copenhagen Business School.

He holds dual German and Swiss citizenship. In his spare time, he is particularly interested in foreign policy and winter sports.
