For externally facilitated board reviews, we perform coaching-focused interviews with an experienced AvS Advisors consultant team:
- All engagements are facilitated by two high calibre consultants.
- Kick-off session with the chair and company secretary or general counsel to understand the reviews’ key focus area.
- Findings presentations with recommendations roadmap.
- Availability for follow-up questions.
A further hallmark of our reviews is an optional = Resilience Benchmark. This is a disclosure-based assessment of material global issues preparedness (including sustainability, AI, and macro issues) and includes a review of your shareholder expectations and respective board alignment.
