Our heritage is in family business. Today, we work with private capital, majority-controlled and selected listed companies. Across these contexts, one principle holds: ownership situations are unique. The challenges that follow in leadership, governance, and alignment require careful judgement, not standard solutions.
We do not operate from templates. We take the time to understand the ownership structure, the stakeholders involved, and the dynamics at play. This includes confidential, one-to-one engagement to build a complete and unbiased view.
Our objective is to develop solutions that are not only well designed but broadly supported to ensure that owners will act with clarity and cohesion.
We build long-term advisory relationships grounded in trust and independence. At the same time, we prioritise the transfer of knowledge and capability, so that clients remain in control and do not become dependent on external advice.

AvS Advisors was founded by Andreas von Specht in 2011 with the aim of providing owners and top decision-makers with senior level advice as “Trusted Advisors” using a highly personalised approach. We are eager to fully understand every detail of the situation our clients are in, to be able to always offer superior, tailor-made solutions.

We are a multinational, multilingual team, and we operate out of offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Geneva, Zurich, Paris, London, Singapore, and Bogotá, complemented by a network of cooperation partners in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.
