With Johannes Wardhana, we are adding a new, top-level Cooperation Partner to our global network.

Johannes was a Partner of the global executive search firm Egon Zehnder in Singapore and Jakarta for over two decades before he founded his own Jakarta-based consulting firm, Wardhana & Co. Today, he focuses on leadership advisory, executive search and board search, management assessment, and executive coaching.

Johannes left Egon Zehnder in December 2017 to join PT HM Sampoerna, a long term client, as People & Culture Director. Prior to Egon Zehnder, he was the Marketing Director at PT Coca-Cola Indonesia and Brand Manager with the Procter & Gamble Company in Jakarta and Cincinnati. Johannes graduated from the Kellogg School, Northwestern University where he went on a Fulbright scholarship and has an undergraduate degree in Economics & Marketing from the University of Indonesia.
