Helene Renoul-Grimm

Helene Renoul-Grimm advises clients from start-ups / early-lifestage companies, international family businesses and family offices. In addition to recruiting senior executive positions and evaluating management teams, her content focus is on leadership, talent management and ‘Next Generation’ projects. She also has expertise in Digital Transformation and Change Management as well as ‘New Work’ and ‘Remote Work’.

Before joining AvS Advisors, Helene Renoul-Grimm accompanied fast-growing international companies in the start-up and mid-market sector as a Head of HR, with a focus on team building and organizational development (including Signavio/SAP, WBS Training AG, CrossLend). She also focused on shaping cultural change within companies and supporting their international development.

Helene Renoul-Grimm studied law at the Universities of Passau and Cologne, and holds an Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change (organizational development) from the INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau. She is a certified coach and mediator, and currently lectures at Quadriga University of Management. In her free time, she explores the cultural life of Paris and its surroundings, preferably by bike or with her hiking boots on. As a long-standing Board Member of the Verein zur Kunst und Kulturförderung e.V. (Association for the Promotion of Art and Culture), she is passionately committed to the preservation of cultural monuments in Germany and Eastern Europe.
