Nick Harris

Nick Harris, based in Switzerland, serves family businesses, family offices and private equity firms in the areas of executive search, board search, management appraisal, succession planning and talent development.

Before joining AvS Advisors, he spent more than a decade at global executive search firm Egon Zehnder, where he was Global Practice Specialist and a Member of the Global Leadership Team for the firm’s Consumer & Retail Practice. He supported family businesses, multinationals and PE firms in the recruitment of CEOs, NEDs, and Functional Leaders in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Digital & e-Commerce, Operations, Transformation & Restructuring, and HR. Nick began his career as an Analyst covering the Retail & eCommerce Sector for Mintel based in the City of London. In this role, he supported clients in financial services, investment banking and private equity with insights into companies, markets and consumer behaviour.

Nick gained a BA in History from York University followed by a Masters in International Relations from Cambridge University. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, skiing and trekking in the mountains.
