In Kooperation mit PwC und INSEAD (Wendel International Centre for Family Enterprise) haben wir im Fr\u00fchjahr eine globale Studie mit qualitativer und quantitativer Forschung zum Thema \u201eErfolgskriterien f\u00fcr Fremdmanager in Familienunternehmen\u201c gestartet. Themengebiete werden die Auswahl und Besetzung von Top-Positionen in Familienunternehmen beinhalten, vor allem aber auch die zentrale Rolle eines aktiven \u201eOnboarding\u201c in den ersten Monaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Anzahl der Familienmitglieder der \u201en\u00e4chsten Generation\u201c, die bereit und in der Lage sind, operativ ins Unternehmen einzusteigen, befindet sich auf einem Rekordtief, sodass eine zunehmende Anzahl von Nachfolgen nicht mehr familienintern erfolgen kann. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sehen wir einen stetigen Trend zur Trennung von Management und Eigentum, insbesondere bei Familienunternehmen in der dritten Generation und dar\u00fcber hinaus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viele Familienunternehmen glauben, dass sie den Onboarding-Prozess selbst organisieren k\u00f6nnen \u2013 in Wirklichkeit ist das jedoch oft nicht wirklich der Fall. Wir analysieren die Herausforderungen bei der Integration, die Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr das durchaus h\u00e4ufige Scheitern, die Erfolgsfaktoren f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Integration und liefern Best-Practice-Beispiele zur Einbindung externer F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte in Familienunternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Derzeit interviewen wir CEOs und Inhaber von etwa 60 der gr\u00f6\u00dften und wichtigsten Familienunternehmen in acht L\u00e4ndern, darunter u.a. ein Mitglied der Peugeot-Familie, die CEOs von Heineken, Randstad und Lindt & Spr\u00fcngli, den Executive Chairman von Lego oder auch den CEO und Gesellschafter von PernodRicard. Die Ergebnisse werden im kommenden Jahr in mehreren Sprachen ver\u00f6ffentlicht und in mehreren L\u00e4ndern vorgestellt und diskutiert.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
