In seiner Rolle als Chief of Staff und Junior Consultant arbeitet er eng mit dem Unternehmensgr\u00fcnder Andreas von Specht zusammen, insbesondere in Beratungsprojekten sowie der internen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens.<\/p>\n<p>Vor seinem Einstieg bei AvS Advisors sammelte Pascal Steigleder erste Erfahrungen bei Management- und Strategieberatungen, unter anderem bei Arthur D. Little und Porsche Consulting, sowie in einem familiengef\u00fchrten Industrieunternehmen. Dabei begleitete er Projekte in den Bereichen Energie, Transport und Industrieg\u00fcter. Sein Masterstudium in International Management mit dem Schwerpunkt Unternehmensstrategie absolvierte er an der Cat\u00f3lica Lisbon School of Business and Economics sowie an der Copenhagen Business School.<\/p>\n<p>Er ist deutsch-schweizerischer Doppelb\u00fcrger.
