Lebensmittel) und Industrieg\u00fcter. Dazu geh\u00f6ren sowohl privat gef\u00fchrte (Familien-)Unternehmen und digitale Start-ups als auch Finanzinvestoren \/ Private Equity-Firmen mit Schwerpunkt auf Vorst\u00e4nde\/Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer, der Suche nach Beiratsmitgliedern sowie Management-Potenzial-Analysen (MPA) \/ Management Appraisals. Basierend auf seinem Erfahrungshintergrund ber\u00e4t er zudem Klienten in Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Kommunikation im Rahmen von Transformationen.<\/p>\n<p>Bevor er zu AvS \u2013 International Trusted Advisors kam, war Philipp Fleischmann als Berater in zwei gr\u00f6\u00dferen Personalberatungsfirmen t\u00e4tig und leitete die deutsche Consumer &amp; Retail Practice bei Egon Zehnder. Davor hatte er mehrere leitende Positionen bei verschiedenen Verlagsgruppen inne, unter anderem als Group Managing Director Electronic Media und als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der englischen Ausgabe des Handelsblatts in der Handelsblatt Media Group. Als gelernter Journalist begann er seine Karriere als Redakteur bei DIE WELT (Axel Springer Verlag). Heute ist er Mitglied in mehreren Beir\u00e4ten.<\/p>\n<p>Philipp Fleischmann hat an den Universit\u00e4ten M\u00fcnchen und Berlin Abschl\u00fcsse in Neuerer Geschichte (Magister) und Volkswirtschaftslehre (Diplom) erworben. Er begeistert sich f\u00fcr Aktivit\u00e4ten im Freien, verbringt Zeit mit seiner Familie und ist Mitglied der \u201eHistoriker in Berlin\u201c, einem Gespr\u00e4chskreis von Historikern und
